Refund and Exchange Policy

At Samaritan Smoke Shop, we carefully select all of our products to ensure quality and durability. Some items, especially consumables and CBD products, are one-of-a-kind or for personal use, so please read our guidelines below.

1. Returns

We want you to enjoy every purchase. However, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or slight variations from product photos.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to make it right.

To report an issue:

• Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

• We will review your message and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

• Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

Because many of our products are unique or consumable, we cannot offer traditional exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles.

If your item is damaged during shipping, we will happily replace it with a similar item or one of equal value, depending on availability.

3. Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom or made-to-order products are created specifically for you. These cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.

4. Shipping Issues

We pack every order carefully, but sometimes issues occur in transit. If your package arrives damaged:

• Take photos of the box, packing materials, and damaged item.

• Contact us within 5 business days so we can file a claim with the carrier.

• Once the claim is verified, we’ll send a replacement or find another solution that works best for you.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

7.  Pickup Policy 

All pickup orders must be collected within 30 days of the order date. Unclaimed pickup orders after 30 days will be canceled and are non-refundable. Customers must be 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued ID to place and pick up orders. The name on the ID must match the name on the order.
